Positive: Warm & Cosy, great location Negative: Only 2 wins glasses for a party of 4 adults Need to keep spare batteries for remotes Only minor things just have a 9 instead of 10

Positive: Bed was comfortable. Negative: 1. TV didn't work and staff were little help after multiple contacts. Finally offered to send service man at 7pm on our last night after originally saying we had to pay for service call. 2. No security latch for front door as advertised. 3. Parking was almost non existent as just down the red road from railway station. 4. Property was very tired, with paint peeling and damage to walls. Not worth the money being charged.

Great comfortable base while attending annual Bloody Scotland Festival Positive: Location excellent, short walk from centre of city. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Negative: A couple of small niggles but nothing worth mentioning or stopping us using property again

We enjoyed the walking convenience of the location. It had all that we needed. Comfortable beds

nice place Positive: very responsive hosts. convenient location. clean and updated furniture. Negative: It's on the first floor with bedroom windows facing a street - blackout curtains were appreciated and thankfully it's on a quiet street.
