Great space, quiet location, close to amenities and Grahamston train station.

Nice comfortable property, let down by the dumping ground in the garden, looked like a tip. Doors very heavy and slammed making it hard to stick to the quiet times between 11pm-7am if you got up for the toilet at night. Ran out of toilet roll too.
