Modern Comfort in Historic Callander

Great location and comfortable stay Positive: Perfect central location - and always managed to park outside. It was quiet being at the back of the building. Very well equipped kitchen was a plus - as was the welcome pack of washing tablets, olive oil and milk! Beautiful little town with loads to do around it - Loch Venachar was a hidden gem! Negative: It's not a fault but just to be aware as an old building, the stairs to bedroom are very narrow and steep - and low ceilings in the bedroom

Positive: This flat was very central in Callander main road. The room were comfortable and very clean. If you want to hike the hills around Callander this is the ideal stepping place. Negative: The bedrooms were in the converted attic so the sloping roof was a risk of hitting ones head.

Perfect, comfortable place for visiting Scotland. Positive: It was in a great location and convenient for shops and a good base to explore Scotland. The property had everything you need. It was quiet and we liked you could park outside the property. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Also lovely bakers for fresh bread and rolls etc. Negative: Only thing was there was a damp smell when we arrived but after opening a window it soon disappeared.

Callander visit Positive: The location of the property and the numerous places to eat and drink around were great Negative: Some of the ceilings are quite low so bumped heads once or twice 😄
