Live like local Positive: Location great. Nicely renovated. Everything is there, just live. Negative: Only one good pub nearby.

Very Spacious Apartment Close to Arthur's Seat! Positive: The location is good and you can reach a few Edinburgh sites within just a short walk, to get into Edinburgh city center it's about a 25 minute walk. We were super close to Arthur's Seat and Holyrood. We were able to reach the bottom of the Royal Mile quite easily. By the way, there's Clarinda's Tearoom, which you should try! The bed, which is a Full size, is a little tight for two but maybe that's just because we're used to a King size bed. Everything was great and we really appreciated the washer and dryer. Negative: The bathroom is a little on the small side (which there's nothing you can do about in an older building) just be aware that when showering, the bathroom floor gets pretty wet. But everything was really great, so no complaints there. The living room is a bit dark as there's a tree growing right next to it.... I would thin it out or have it cut back, as we had to have lights on more than would normally be needed.

An oasis in Edinburgh Positive: The hosts are terrific communicators and had many suggestions for local eateries. The facilities were fantastic and and the space was comfortable, like home. Negative: The only thing we could criticise was the Parking. A 15minute walk from the apartment, and it was by pot luck we found one.
