Positive: It was fine
Negative: The bed was a very small Double if we were bigger people the bed would have been far to small

Positive: The apartment is close to the city centre, but it's nice that it's not in the busiest area. Many shops, restaurants, coffeeshops nearby. The staff was super helpful and accommodating (via messaging, as the place is self-check-in), and when we flagged that one of the radiators was not working, they offered to get it fixed immediately. Overall it was perfect for a few days' stay for 2 people. A big plus is the video guide and we could also download an app with useful additional information.
Negative: The windows were a bit difficult to open and close, and the roll-down blinds got in the way a lot. A heads up that it's an older building, and the spaces can be a bit tight, for example the toilet is in a tiny room, and the neighbours are very close so you can hear all movements outside the door.

Perfect. Great location for visiting Edinburgh. You could walk to the city centre but the buses were so convenient we of

Egyszer pont elég volt.
Positive: Tágas lakás, elég jó helyen van, kilátással a kukákra. A 250 fontos (egyébként teljesen értelmetlen) depozitot hamar visszakaptam.
Negative: Elég sivár, ahogyan egyébként egész Dundee is (részegek, drogosok, hajléktalanok). A lépcsőházat ebben az évszázadban még nem takarították. Aki rájön, hogyan lehet a zuhanyt működésre bírni, nyer egy hangszórót. (Nekem sikerült, büszke is vagyok rá.)

Quiet intimate flat to enjoy Leith/Portobello.
Positive: the renovated flat is rather tiny and intimate but does not lack charm, in a very quiet and likeable area of Edinburgh, just on the corner of the Leith Walk, a few steps from a nice cafe and from Pilrig Park, and with a Sainsbury close by. Unfortunately a fire blocked Prince Street during our stay so we could not use the tram to move around. There's a toilet and a separate shower, and it's very quiet. You can walk to the Leith Waters and through there get to the Shore on one side and to the Contemporary Art Museum and Botanical Garden on the other.
Negative: the bed is not king size, and I bumped my head several times in a box on the wall by the toilet door. The kitchen is rather basic and knives need sharpening. If you like TV, there's a small and scarcely visible monitor. If you objecy or dislike pot, there's a penetrating smell of joints being smoked a few times a day. Unfortunately we didn't get any invitation.
