The Trossachs Apartment - Free Parking

Clean, welcoming accommodation! Positive: Beautiful location. The flat was clean, bright and the bed was so comfy. It's always a bonus to have an equipped kitchen, tea bags and milk on arrival. Great to have Sky TV and a welcome book. Lovely furniture, artwork and shower. Negative: Although there was a link to view detailed instructions for check in, parking and lots of other detail, there was no mention (that i could find) that the flat was on the top floor. It was a bit confusing as to which building to go in to and once inside the correct building, it was a case of wandering up and trying out the key box! It might seem obvious to some but it can be confusing for the first time when you are new to the area and tired, so created a bit of unwanted frustration after a long drive.

Positive: Apartament molt ben equipat i confortable a pocs minuts en cotxe de Stirling. Perfecte per descobrir la zona. El propietari molt servicial i antent a qualsevol dubte. El poble té serveis com supermercat, cafès...que faciliten l'estada.

Good location, clean, quiet and excellent facilities. Positive: Lovely, clean and quiet property. Great location in centre of Doune. Lovely park outside the flat for a walk with dogs. Great overnight stop en route from Bristol to Inverness with a catchup with relatives in Callander Negative: Nothing thst would bother us.

Positive: Everything

Enjoyable stay in Doune Positive: Large clean apartment. Good location near all local facilities. WiFi worked well. Parking nearby. Negative: Three flights of stairs to apartment. Handrail only to 2nd floor. No bath mat for shower, which is in the bath.
